Reign Fitness and Performance Semi-Private Personal Training is by far the most popular program we offer. It is an individualized fitness training program in a group setting of up to 3 people.
Semi-Private Personal Training offers the benefits of multiple programs. You have the experience of a group style workout environment but with the individualization, attention and accountability of a personal training program. This is the program we designed to help you achieve the most at an affordable price.
You are not required to bring anyone or set your group up on your own. If you want to, great. You can sign up on your own and take advantage of the affordability all while meeting new people/workout partners at Reign Fitness.
Before you start, we make sure to get to know you and your goals very well. This is to make sure we can design a program tailored to your needs and goals.
All sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and cover tissue work, mobility and/or stability issues, and strength/muscular development. A skilled Reign Fitness Trainer will assign a specific warmup with corrective exercises to assist with your needs.
The rest of the session is also designed for your goals (fat loss, sports performance, muscle gain, rehab).
But we know it takes a lot more than just telling you what to eat and what to do in order to see results.
Which is why every workout, our trainers bring high levels of energy, motivating music, accountability, and camaraderie. We know that hard work produces results but making it fun and challenging is also very important.
