We've been coaching and leading an amazing gym community in Renton, WA for over 10 years and we understand how this time of the year can be extra challenging to stay on top of your fitness routine.
This is why we launched the "At Home Workout" series to help you stay moving and on top of your fitness.
This Week's Workout:
"ReignDeer Training"
Directions: Complete the exercises for the set number of reps in the order listed for 3 rounds.
No Equipment Version:
3 rounds for time
20 Lungesters (Lunge L, Lunge R, Squat = 1 rep)
30 Box Jumps or Step Ups (Use a bench or stable knee height surface if you don't have a box)
20 Push-ups
Minimal Equipment Version:
3 rounds for time
20 DB Deadlifts Rx 40/25 FIT 35/20 Rx+ (50/30)
30 Box Jumps
20 Burpees
Tips:
Spend time getting a proper warm-up in so you don't jump into this workout cold.
Find a weight that allows you to knockout at least 10 reps before you have to break
Take your time on the Box Jumps/Step-ups to recover from the lower body work
Keep a good pace so that you have some energy left in the gas tank for the final round.
