The Workout

Directions: On a 5 minute timer, start each workout with the set number of reps for the bodyweight squats. In the remaining amount of time, complete as many rounds of the AMRAP as possible. Break 5 minutes between each section.


No Equipment


AMRAP 5 Minutes:

50 Bodyweight Squats

AMRAP 7 Burpees + 10 Sit-ups


5 minute break


AMRAP 5 Minutes:

40 Bodyweight Squats

AMRAP 7 Burpees + 10 Sit-ups


5 minute break


AMRAP 5 Minutes:

30 Bodyweight Squats

AMRAP 7 Burpees + 10 Sit-ups


Minimal Equipment


AMRAP 5 Minutes:

50 Bodyweight Squats

AMRAP 5 Burpees + 10 DB Deadlifts


5 minute break


AMRAP 5 Minutes:

40 Bodyweight Squats
