Whether you are new at food prepping or a down right veteran, food prepping can just get tiring and overwhelming at times.

There are no right or wrong ways to food prep, everyone does it differently and the best ways to spice things up, is trying new things.

And…

So please don’t hesitate to ask another member in class or on the Reign Fitness Members Page.

But today it’s my turn to share.

Here are my top 3 tips for food prepping success!

1. Keep it SIMPLE! Simplicity keeps you sane. I like to make a few different proteins (ground beef, ground turkey, grilled chicken…) and a few different vegetables. Throughout the week you can just mix and match what you eat.

2. If you like to eat your food freshly cooked, spend time this weekend doing all the chopping and measuring. That way when it comes to the time to actually cook, everything is ready to just throw in a pan and go!

3. Roasting vegetables is the easiest thing to do! I put vegetables in a pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some seasoning. Set it in the oven and then cook all my meat.
