The 2016 Reign Fitness Thanksgiving Throwdown was AWESOME!

This year’s workout was a running clock Throwdown format with 4 athletes starting together in each heat.

“We had 13 different heats and over 50 athletes participating in this year’s Thanksgiving Throwdown!”

I know that this type of a workout format can be a little intimidating but every athlete did incredible and we’re so proud of everyone who came out to sweat.

Also, I want to give a Big Shout out to the Reign Coaches who came out early on thanksgiving morning to help setup and run this event. Make sure the next time you see one of your coaches you give them a high five, big hug, or fist bump!
