The reality is that your success is not determined by talent alone, in fact most of the amazing transformations I’ve witnessed are a result of putting together a combination of these 10 Behaviors.

Being On Time
Being punctual requires organization and planning ahead which is easier said than done.
However, there are so many benefits to being on time.
In the gym and especially at Reign…
We consistently preach mobility, warming up properly, and giving yourself time to prepare mentally.
When you’re running a little behind or like to show up right as class starts, you miss out on an amazing opportunity to better prepare yourself for that workout.
But I get it…
Traffic, work, kids, and things just happen.
So, how do we get better at showing up to the gym on time?
2 Strategies that I like to use…
- Schedule a time before class to meet with someone and warmup together. Any accountability is better than no accountability.
- Put into your schedule that class starts 30 minutes earlier then it really does. This way your 5-10 minute buffer you give yourself is actually a lot more. (works for me)
