Challenge Week 2
Part 1: Individual Physical Challenge:

Complete 3 rounds for time
Run 400meters
50 Squats
40 Situps
30 Alternating Lunges
20 Burpees
10 Pushups

Part 1: Early Completion Bonus
If you as an individual complete your physical challenge by Wednesday 9pm, you will have the opportunity to earn another point for your team by completing another physical by Sunday 9pm.
*Your Coach will receive further instructions and the Bonus workout Wednesday night

Part 2: Nutrition Challenge
Post a full day of Paleo in written and in picture format. Please put pictures of all meals into a collage and then submit. (You can utilize a free collage app like “Pic Collage” to do this)

Your written format should include the meal number, and the ingredients/or recipe.

ex. Meal #1
2 slices Bacon
1 Egg
1/2 avocado
1 cup of Black Coffee

Lastly, you must have a picture for every meal in the written format.

Proof of Submission:
Part 1: Submit a picture of yourself post workout and your time on your team page by the Sunday 9pm.

Part 2: Submit Picture of Your Full Day of Eating along with the written format.

Your coach will confirm your submission and submit team totals mid week and at the end of the week.
