Part 1: Individual Physical Challenge: (Worth 2 points per team member)

50 Lunges Stacked On Leg (25 each leg/Finish one leg before you go to the other)

Part 2: Post 1 Photo of a Paleo Compliant Meal That You Cooked And Ate
Post 1 photo and recipe.
Proof of Submission:
Part 1: Submit a picture of yourself post workout and your time on your team page by the Sunday 9pm.
Part 2: Submit one picture of your Paleo meal and share the recipe for proof that you cooked it.
Your coach will confirm your submission and submit team totals mid week and at the end of the week.
