Physical Challenge #3
Directions: Run 1 mile for time.
I would prefer that you do this outside and not on a treadmill. (I know weather is supposed to improve towards the end of the week and get sunny and warmer)
Please make sure to warmup thoroughly prior to running this mile and remember that this is a max effort challenge.
Work hard and really aim to give it your best effort.
Proof: submit picture and time of completion.
This one is a lesson in intensity. I know that everyone can walk/jog a mile. But this is an opportunity to really challenge yourself and get after your best time.
