Starting on June 1, 2014…

Reign Fitness & Performance will be launching the Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge.

The challenge will last 4 weeks,  June 2, 2014 – July 1, 2014. 

It is important to remember that this is not strictly a weight loss challenge. This is a Transformation Challenge.

Judging will be based on multiple factors including…

– Weight Loss
– Measurements
– Completion of Physical Challenges
– Overall Transformation (Physically/Mentally)
– X Factor

We wanted to create a challenge that would motivate, push and help each one of our Reign Fit Fam members reach the next level in their fitness journey.

And we wanted to launch it right before Summer officially gets into full swing. You know… before the barbecues, weddings, summer parties, late nights out, and drinks.

We know that all of you can eat right and train hard but now it’s time to put it all together.

“Can you Reign Strong for 4 weeks?”

To give this process and YOU even more motivation we have decided to make it a challenge – meaning there will be a 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place winner.

1st Place Winner 

The first place winner will win a Optimum Nutrition Supplement Package from Reign Fitness & Performance.

They will also receive $500 that will be donated by Reign Fitness & Performance to a charity, church, or children’s college fund of their choice. (see rules for details)

2nd Place Winner/3rd Place Winner 

Will also have some cool prizes but this will be announced at the end of the challenge.

With the prizes, we didn’t want this challenge to just be all about Reign Fitness & Performance and our members. We wanted this challenge to not only benefit YOU but give value to someone else; which is why the cash prize is being given away to a charity, church, or children’s college fund.

How Does The Challenge Work? 


  • Everyone weighs in, takes measurements, and sends in before pictures by June 2, 2014.
  • All contestants will be invited into a private Facebook Group where we will post updates, some extra workouts, challenges, nutrition tips, and motivation.
  • All contestants will also receive the Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge Packet via email that will have the full outline of the Challenge, Nutrition Guidelines, and Additional Workouts.
  • Then you get after it and start eating compliant, training hard, and giving it your all.
  • Pay attention to the Reign Strong Summer Transformation Facebook Page and your email because that is where we will be announcing the Weekly Physical Challenge. You will have 1 week to complete it and submit it with proof. You will also have 1 new physical challenge every week.
  • Stay focused and work hard to see if you can Reign Strong for 4 weeks.
  • At the end of 4 weeks… We take weight, measurements, new pictures, and start the judging process.
  • Winners are announced and prizes are handed out!
“The Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge is short and sweet. But INTENSE” 
We know a lot of you are already killing it in the gym but now it’s time to step it up with the nutrition too. Or vice verse, you’re doing great with the nutrition but training needs more intensity.

Now you have an opportunity to really push yourself.

Below are some more details and rules regarding the challenge for all of you who might have more questions. Remember, more details will come in the Reign Strong Transformation Challenge Packet once you are registered.

Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge 

Date: June 2, 2014 – July 1, 2014

Registration Fee: 
Members: $75 (currently in a personal training program)
Non-Members: $125
– Registration Fee must be paid in full prior to the start of the challenge. (this can be paid cash, check, or card)

– All challengers must have a Facebook account that they can use throughout the 4 week challenge.

– All contestants must weigh in (or send weight with picture), take measurements (must be done in person), and have “before” pictures sent in prior to start of contest.

– Weigh-ins must be taken without shoes.

– Any Weigh-ins that are sent in with picture must be pre-approved by a Reign Fitness & Performance Coach.

– All measurements must be done in person by a Reign Fitness & Performance Coach.

– You are responsible for meeting all of the weigh in, measurement, and picture submission deadlines.

– Final weigh-ins, measurements, and after photos must be submitted by July 2, 2014.

– All weekly challenge proof (video/pictures) must be sent in the Sunday of the designated week by 9pm.

–  No refunds are given after registration fee is paid.

Weekly Physical Challenges

At the beginning of each week, we will announce “The Physical Challenge of the Week” and you will have 7 days to complete the challenge. Each physical challenge will be timed and proof of completion must be submitted ( via email, fb message, text, Facebook, etc.) before 9pm Sunday of that week.

Failure to complete a physical challenge will NOT disqualify you. However, completion of physical challenges is a vital part of the judging process.

Acceptable proof of completion methods will include picture or video of you with time on device. If a picture, it must be the same picture. You can also elect to complete a physical challenge in the presence of a Reign Fitness & Performance Coach. If it is during a session, please let us know in advance. We will try to accommodate as best as we can if it’s before or after a session.

(Reminder: I will be able to gauge authenticity based off of history, time, and picture)


There will be a sample body weight training program + body weight workouts included in the Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge Packet.

You will also find cardio recommendations, basic cardio programs, and additional training information inside your packet.

All of the workout information is provided to help you maximize your results in the 4 weeks.

There will be a Nutrition Guideline provided in the Reign Strong Summer Transformation Challenge Packet.

You will also find a 21 Superfoods Reference Guide and Checklist to help with making healthy choices for your grocery shopping trips.

A Bi-Weekly Adherence Chart will also be included to help you stay compliant and keep track of your meals.

All of the Nutrition information is provided to help you maximize your results in the 4 weeks.
Contests starts next week June 2, 2014 and we wanted to give you the weekend to think about and make sure this is something you are ready to do.
