The fitness journey can be pretty hard.
It can be discouraging, frustrating, and relentlessly disappointing.
Your fitness journey can impact you so much because of how much it means to you.
I know first hand from personal experience that fitness can be about a whole lot more than just “what you look like”. For a lot of people, myself included, it really is about a personal journey with purpose.
I also know first hand that fitness success doesn’t come easy and can be very difficult.

And inspiration can be hard to come by.

I wanted to share some of his quotes to help motivate and inspire you in your fitness journey. (The second quote is one of my all time favorites and one I have had written down in my notebooks for a long time)
