Over the last week, the Reign Fitness Community (Reign Facebook, Reign Members, Emails, Reign Fitness Blog) has been asking for more videos on nutrition, fitness, workouts, and pretty much everything Reign Fitness.

So, after reading through all of the messages, we decided to shoot a nutrition video over the weekend on the most requested topic… Healthy Cooking and Meal Preparation.

Before you watch the video, remember that these are the strategies that have helped us and many Reign Fitness clients with fitness goals but it isn’t the only way to do it. There are tons of different meal prep strategies out there so if the ones in the video don’t work for you, don’t stop there. Take what works and move on.

I’ve read hundreds of book, articles, and research on nutrition and diet. Everyone and everything claims to have the answers but the truth is…

“You have to find what works for you.”

I remember trying a bodybuilding nutrition plan, where the diet consisted of bulking followed by cutting to hopefully reveal a ripped and muscular body. The problem was, I didn’t train like a bodybuilder and my work didn’t allow me to microwave fish 3-4 times a day.

But it didn’t mean that the diet didn’t work, it just didn’t work for me.

Before you start watching the video, take some time if you haven’t already to really figure out what fitness goals you are trying to achieve. Without knowing what you want, it’s going to be really hard to create a plan that will help you get there.
