Every monday, I hear about people making the same mistakes all over again.
“Eating out. Didn’t workout. Forgot to prepare food. Ate brownies. Drank alcohol. Had a couple slices of the cake at the party. “
And these are all people, like you, who were doing good with working out, eating right, and making fitness a priority in their lives. It’s like right when we start doing good for a couple weeks and finally see some results, we mess up and take 2 steps back. I’ve been there and it sucks.
But regardless of what happened over the weekend, the important thing is what happens on mondays. Today.
“You can sulk for a few days, miss out on more workouts, and make more bad nutrition decisions.”

But I know it’s easier said than done so I’m going to give you 3 Ways To Get Back.
Stop feeling bad and re-commit to yourself and the goals you want.
The one thing you do have control over is your attitude. Pivot to a positive mindset and watch it help you tackle everything else more effectively.
2. Do One Thing To Get Momentum On Your Side
Get the ball rolling by working out, drinking water first thing in the morning, or even eating a salad for lunch.
It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you do something to help you get back into the flow of making fitness a part of your lifestyle.
Making a checklist of the positive things you want to do can be a great way to make sure they get done. Throw in working out, eating protein with every meal, and eliminating calories through beverages to help speed up your bouncing back process.

3. Get Stoked Again
Remember that feeling you had when you first started working out and seeing results. It was awesome, rewarding, and exciting.
Working out and being healthy wasn’t a chore, it was a lifestyle choice.
Now, whenever you have to get yourself out of a fitness/progress hole, try to rekindle that excitement you had. Get excited.
Do whatever you have to do in order to find it.
Make new fitness goals
Buy new workout gear (always like this one)
Try a New Workout
Prep all your meals
Buy new supplements (new flavor protein can be great)
Call up some workout buddies
