It’s easy to not workout.
Especially when the weekend gets here and your schedule fills up with everything else but working out. The problem is that weekends are filled with the things that cause many people to gain weight.
But don’t worry, I’m not saying you can’t go out and live life.
What we tell Reign Fitness clients is to balance their lifestyle. If you have plans to eat out, then make sure you get a workout in and be active.
So, to help you stay balanced here is a quick full body workout to rev up the metabolism before any night out. And for being pro active about your fitness I even decided to throw in a bonus core finisher. This is a standard Reign Fitness style finisher, quick, challenging, and very rewarding.
The goal is to challenge yourself and push the pace but remember to never trade intensity for form. Always maintain proper form.
Quick Countdown Workout For a Lean Body and Balanced Lifestyle
Directions: Complete all the exercises for the set number of reps in each round. Complete all the rounds as fast as possible while maintaining good form on all exercises.
Round 1 – 10 reps
Round 2 – 8 reps
Round 3 – 6 reps
Round 4 – 4 reps
Round 5 – 2 reps

Bonus Finisher Challenge
Directions: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds in the order listed. Repeat for 2 rounds with no break in between the rounds.

2. Mountain Climbers
3. Plank to Push
4. Plank Jump ins (start from a pushup plank position, jump up with both feet to get your feet as close to in between your hands as possible then return to pushup plank position.)
